New construction helmet mix reality with digital info

The conceptual NOCTUA Mixed Reality safety helmet has been created as a solution for construction works and quality control managers to utilize when on a job site to keep them connected to the design vision. Offering protection and connectivity, the helmet will allow wearers to integrate digital renderings with what’s happening in the real world to ensure things are staying on track.

This helps to bridge the disconnect that can exist between architects who create designs using 3D rendering software and builders who rely on 2D CAD and blueprints to bring the vision to life.

The conceptual NOCTUA Mixed Reality safety helmet is the design work of Huwan Peng and Haoyu Liu, and features four modes including Render, Measure, Transparent and Build for enhanced ease of use.
